Good morning!
MAY HAS ARRIVED.
Learning a new language is a very big project. You must learn to pronounce the words, to spell correctly, to understand new grammar rules… it’s difficult.
This is why it is so important to take things slowly. As Confucius said:
“It doesn’t matter how slow you go as long as you do not stop”.
Sometimes we try to do too much, study too much and then we get too tired and stop. This is not efficient! Better to take small steps each day, this is the key to success.
For example, today, why don’t you read this post on “Some and Any”? It is a lower intermediate class and will help you understand how to make words using “some” and “any”. That’s all you have to do today! And then tomorrow, you could watch a movie in English with subtitles. And the day after tomorrow? Slow is always best. If you follow the rule of doing 1 thing each day, before you know it you will be able to have a conversation in English.
What small step will you take today? Tell us in the comments’ section!
