Haggis – a Scottish dish made from the organs of a sheep that are chopped up, mixed with suet, onions, oatmeal, and seasonings, and boiled in the stomach of the sheep.
Laverbread – a traditional Welsh delicacy made from seaweed.
Tattie cakes – a food like potato cakes.
Oatcakes – an oatcake is a type of flatbread, similar to a cracker or biscuit, or in some versions takes the form of a pancake.
Cockles – a type of shellfish with a shell that has two parts and is shaped like a heart.
