Reading Comprehension: “A Valentine Stone”

Valentine Stones!

What you need

– stones

watercolors

plain white paper

– scissors

What to do 

  1. Started by painting plain white paper with watercolors
  2. Next cut out a lot of little hearts
  3. Then doodle a little border on each heart.
  4. Last, add a word, like: joy, love, hope…
  5. Let the stones dry

Just like that you have some simple little valentines!

A perfect expression of love and something that could be kept year round.

Vocabulary

Untitled-1Watercolors – a type of paint that is mixed with water.

Plain – having no pattern or decoration.

Doodle – to draw something without thinking about what you are doing.
