Vocabulary

Pills – a small, rounded object that you swallow and that contains medicine, vitamins, etc.

Swallow – to take (something) into your stomach through your mouth and throat.

Stick – to push (something usually sharp or pointed) into something.

Throat – the tube inside the neck that leads to the stomach and lungs.

Fool – a person who lacks good sense or judgment : a stupid or silly person.

Drift – a slow and gradual movement or change from one place, condition, etc., to another.

Lifeboat – a boat used for saving people’s lives ; especially : a small boat that is carried on a ship and that is used for saving the lives of the passengers and crew if the ship sinks.
