Learn English with the News – Would you like to be Macaulay Culkin?

Do you remember the film Home Alone? That huge house where Macaulay Culkin had to defend himself from the thieves? Well, you can now own that house if you’re willing to pay $2.4 million.

Watch the trailer and let’s take a trip down memory lane!

The owners of the house want to downsize to a smaller home, so they placed the house on sale. They actually lived in the house while the crew was filming the movies! How cool is that? Their daughter became a very good playmate of Culkin’s, since he spent months and months at a time at their house.

This beautiful Georgian house in Illinois would make the child within all of us come out to play – the imagination of children in an amazing grown-up mansion. For all those movie buffs out there, this could be your dream home!

Not a fan of Home Alone? Well, if you enjoyed The Godfather and have an extra $3 million, then you could live in the house where the famous wedding took place at the start of the film. That house is also currently available on the market.
