ABA Film Teaser – Unit 13 “A funny chat at the pub”

Welcome back!

Remember we showed you a teaser last month? It was for Unit 56 “The Ghost”.

When you open your ABA English course (you can sign up now for free!), you will see that each unit begins with an ABA Film. This is a short story that will teach you new vocabulary and will serve as a basis for the rest of the unit. After watching the ABA Film, you will then be able to finish the unit and do the speaking, writing, grammar and vocabulary exercises. For example, Unit 13 is all about English verbs.

So what is Unit 13 all about? Well, the short story takes place in a pub and is a conversation between Sam and Elizabeth. Sam has a new theory about English verbs that he is very excited about! Watch Unit 13 to find out how Sam explains regular, irregular and auxiliary verbs, and why Elizabeth disagrees with him.
