7 tips to concentrate on studying

You feel it’s a good day when you get yourself started with studying; so, you sit down and start reading your notes and try to get some exercises done. Unexpectedly your phone vibrates as your friend has sent you a message. You read it and reply since you see that they are online and you start chatting with them a little. When you try to get back to where you were before being interrupted, you find yourself reading the same sentence over and over again, without really understanding what its meaning is. Glancing down, you notice that your holiday photos are on the table and you can’t help having a look at them once again, and while you do so, you have the brilliant idea to check out some flights for next weekend’s escape. 1. Get yourself comfortable

4. No notifications

In order to avoid distractions, put your phone on silent with vibrate turned off. If you know you’ll be tempted to check your social networks, try to use one of those “locker” apps that allows you to temporarily block your phone notifications from social platforms.

5. Silence!
