Please, I do not really know how to pronounce “neither” or “either”, sometimes I have heard it in different ways, so I am dissapointed.

Thanks for your question. There are two ways to pronounce both of them and both ways are correct. For example to say “either” in Spanish phonetics you could say /izar/ or /ayzar/
